As the guest city of Beijing Design Week 2014, Barcelona has prepared a gift for Beijing, an iron horse with creative thinking and good expectations - "Barcelona Knight". The "Barcelona Knight ", from a famous Spanish design company, is a large-scale metal installation designed and assembled with recycled mechanical parts. It is inspired by the Spanish myth of a divine horse that can break through the darkness, defeat the evil dragon, and bring peace to the world, symbolizing perseverance, fortitude, and the spirit of aggressiveness.

During the 2014 Beijing Design Week, this installation made a wonderful appearance in Beijing, "galloping" between the 751 Design Park, Sanlitun, the China Millennium Monument and other well-known scenic spots, and was warmly welcomed by the public.
