In March 2023, under the goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Hainan International Design Week will hold the theme forum of Hainan International Design Week: with the theme of "Towards the New discovery of 2030 design", the forum will focus on the future direction of the design field and jointly discuss how to move towards a greener, smarter and innovative 2030.

The theme forum invited more than 10 industry experts and leaders to carry out intellectual exchanges in the fields of planning and architecture, intelligent technology, innovative design, consumer culture, and automotive design, sharing cutting-edge ideas and forward-looking trends. Focus on the future direction of the design field, and jointly discuss how to move towards a greener, smarter and more innovative 2030. The forum is divided into guest speeches, the launch ceremony of "Chinese Car Sanxi Linmen", keynote speeches, and roundtable discussions. The launch ceremony of "China Car Sanxi Linmen", as a major part of this forum, aims to promote the construction of "China Car Design Research and international Cooperation Base" in Hainan.
